We accept return of product in following condition:
We offer Return of product within the 2 days of your purchase, if 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a Return & Refund of any kind.

- All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories.
- Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.

- We will not accept returns if the product seal/box seal/package seal broke, Package Open.

- We will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused, improper installation or usage, Scratches or dents on the product, Burnt or broke.

Note: Return products will have to be shipped by the customer himself. Therefore, you should ship the return from a good and reliable courier/parcel service, So that the return product reaches us safe and undamaged.

We offer refund of product in following condition:

Once we receive the product in same condition as we sent to you when you ordered, we will process refund amount same day.

Note: We will deduct the shipping expenses and packing charges from the refund amount (For ex: the order value is 500₹ & the shipping value is 125₹, total 625₹, then the calculation is: 625₹ - 125₹ = 500₹ | minimum packing charges is 100₹, so you will get 400₹ Refund.

Defect Product:

For Manufacturer defects, you have to contact brand service centre for repair/replacement of the product.
